Shipping Policy
It is important by clarifying that your order process times will be separate from the shipping times when you reach checkout

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If by any chance we have any delays due to a high volume of orders or any postal service problems we would like to apologize in advance and know that we will be trying our best to get your shipment fast and safe! However, please keep in mind that somethings are outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're happy to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will be more than welcome to return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.

We accept returns, exchange, or refunds only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
